NCASRO Mission Statement~ To provide a supportive and educational network to the School Resource Officers in North Carolina and beyond, with the common
goal of protecting every child so they can reach their fullest potential in a safe learning environment.
If you plan to run
for office in this year's election, your Letter of Intent must be received by the Board no later than the close of
the business day on June 1, 2012. This letter may be mailed to the association’s address in care
of the Past President, or hand delivered to the Past President. If you have any questions, please contact
the Past President.
NCASRO is
a nonprofit organization that helps put the needed tools
in the hands of today's SROs. SROs work to reduce school violence by enforcing violations of the law occurring
on school property, by informing students of the dangers of substance abuse, by introducing programs that will promote and
enhance acceptable social behavior, and by serving as positive role models.

The 2012 Lindsay Welch
5K Recipient has been chosen. Please join us on Monday, July 9th at Sea Trail to help raise money for our recipient
Debra Salmons, a Guilford County SRO. Please read her story on our Lindsay Welch 5K webpage. Debra has ran in our
5K and supported others for many years. Now it's her that needs our help.
