Greetings
Everyone! I would like to welcome you to the North Carolina Association of School Resource Officer’s Website and
introduce myself. My name is Lt. Novella Frieslander. I have served on your NCASRO Board
since 2002 as a Region 2 Rep, Secretary, Vice President and now…your President. This
year's conference was very exciting! Al Valdez and Phil Chalmers brought some awesome training, not
to mention a wide variety of other instructors we had for breakout classes! Now it's time for us
to start planning your 2012 NCASRO Conference. Please contact me or your region rep for suggestions on classes
or instructors you would like to see! Remember...it's training you can't
afford to miss! Novella
